Every Tuesday starting Sept 7th, we'll dive into the ancient wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation in a fun and welcoming MAGICAL space with good tunes and good peeps! For questions about the practice hit Heather up for more info! This is perfect for all levels of practice, new to yoga, even in recovery from injury!
