Interested in having your plants repotted or up-potted? Here’s how in detail:
Make an Appointment
Make an reservation for the week of drop off and pick up. We only have a limited amount of spaces per week.
Inspect Your Plants
Sorry, but we will not repot or up-pot an infected plant. Please inspect carefully before bringing your plants in for drop off day. This also includes root rot.
Sign the Contract
Upon checkout of your reservation, you will agree to the electronic form stating you understand that we are working with your living product, and should anything happen to your plant after the service, we are not liable.
Choose Which Plants
The maximum size plant is a 10” diameter pot, or a plant of 5 ft tall. There is also a plant limit of 10 plants for your reservation as well. During your drop of consultation, we will help you decide whether you need to up-pot or repot should you not know.
For plants larger than 10”, there is an addition service upcharge, please be aware.
Drop off
On the Monday of your reservation, you will come into the store and talk to employee. They will come assist you bringing the plants in and will also inspect the plants for pests. They then will guide you through any additional needs and pottery selection so you know very clearly what you’re getting!
***We still offer complimentary repotting if you buy a plant + pot at the time of purchase. This reservation is for your existing plant collection.
