Magical Markets of Merriment (5th annual!).
We are so excited to be on our fifth year of the Magical Markets! They were a huge hit again last year as more and more people keep finding out about them. We are currently taking applications for this 2025 holiday season. It is free to apply, however, all who apply may not be selected. We select vendors based on product uniqueness, professionalism, and date availability of the 4 markets. We also like to feature woman, queer, or POC owned businesses first. We have a few outside areas with power for food or drink stations that are willing to brave the elements (Please note on your business information). For those whose first time it is applying, we are a non-denominational euro-styled holiday market focused on the magic of Winter.
Deadline to apply is Aug. 24th. You will be notified either way by mid Sept. If you have done the market before, this is not a guarantee you’ll be selected again. If you aren’t selected, you can ask to join a waitlist as well.
There is a $150 table fee (if selected). Each maker gets a 6 foot table spot or smaller to do with as they please. Most spots have room for an additional small shelving item or hanging rack. No awnings or tents indoors. There is WiFi for POS of choice. Each of the markets can house 13-15 vendors (with potential for 3-4 outside). There is also the option of a 2-4 ft table space should you have a smaller display. This can also help you get in. We will have a member of the Claus family again this year baking fresh cookies, our famous butterbeer, and the delicious roasted marshmallows again! We usually have hundreds of shoppers each weekend come through as we have solidified ourselves as one of the best holiday markets in Central Oregon every year.
Each market is Sat & Sun from 10am-5pm. Setup is the Friday night before from 5pm-6pm (unless sat @ 9am morn is only possible for you). The four markets are Nov 29/30, Dec 6/7, Dec 13/14, Dec 20/21. PLEASE ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON PER BOOTH, we prefer the maker themselves.
*Please note, if you are selected and need to switch weekends for another market or personal reason, you may lose your spot unless another vendor is willing to switch. I ask that you find the swap from another selected market.
